Introducing MyFilmhouse: A Movie Platform Designed Exclusively for Nigeria



Nigeria's biggest chain of cinemas - Filmhouse hosted the launch for their new video on demand (VOD) platform, MyFilmhouse at Filmhouse Cinema, Lekki, Lagos. The event which was witnessed by Nollywood actors and producers. It also had in attendance comedian AY, who was unveiled as the brand ambassador for MyFilmhouse. 

MyFilmhouse is a Transactional Video on Demand movie platform designed and built exclusively for Nigeria. The platform offers hundreds of Hollywood and (…soon) Nollywood movies.  The platform will distribute blockbusters immediately after their cinema run, allowing users to enjoy premium content on multiple devices.

Signing up is free!! and MyFilmhouse offers full-feature movies starting at 199 NGN. It also offers a different free movie every week to its users – meaning that each user is able to get 52 free movies, every year. MyFilmhouse also offers free downloads of its content in Filmhouse Lekki and Surulere. This plan will be rolled out to the rest of the Filmhouse cinemas within the next 60 days.
