Why Buhari did not speak on IPOB, Kanu at UNGA – Presidency

- Advertisement - The Presidency has revealed why President Muhammadu Buhari did not speak on the activities of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) during his speech at the 72nd United Nations General Assembly. Buhari’s speech came under wide criticism for avoiding some of the topical issues in the country like agitation and the ongoing military activities in the South East. Speaking in New York on the non-inclusion of IPOB in his principal’s speech, Special Adviser to Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, said the matter is an internal issue.
